Description:
CaurCtrl is an universal Latvian keyboard driver for Windows XP.
It supports all ways of keyboard input (through/together with any key).
CaurCtrl sends to a user programm Unicode characters, therefore the input
of Latvian letters is correct also in the case of other (non-Latvian)
keyboard layout is active. In the understanding of operating system
CaurCtrl is not a driver, but an application, which hooks Windows keyboard
messages, therefore it does not need to be installed, it's enough just to
run it.
